back balance.
4 Stay calm, breathe,
sleep and eat, remember medications can often make you feel
worse, know that these feelings too will pass, if not ask
your prescribing doctor for help, or insist on a second opinion
regarding medications.
5 Welcome and embrace
your current state of "go slow"By moving at a slower
speed you will give your body a chance to heal and catch up
with itself bringing the body mind and emotions once again
into balance.
6 Start to create
future dreams, have both small and large things to look forward
to, this will bring a sense of purpose and hope to yourself
and accelerate the healing process.
7 Build a new self
image, write down at least ten positive ways to view yourself
from this moment onwards, for example," I am beautiful","I
am strong alive and vibrant" a new positive self image
will solidify your healing process.
8 Allow fresh flowers
into the sick room, or a potted plant. Bring color and light
wherever possible, transform this room into a room of calm
and beauty, these simple actions are guaranteed to lift the
spirit and senses.
9 Focus on and enjoy
the things that you now realize are important even if you
only feel well enough to enjoy small doses make joyful choices
on how to spend your energy and your time.
10 When you are feeling
much better and can think clearly look at all the things that
led to your illness, because there will have been one main
point or many factors involved.Decide now to make positive
life choices and changes to ensure your future wellness balance
and happiness.
